Purchases are strictly for those over the age of 18 only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Shipping
Shipping is to mainland UK only, using our standard courier service. We aim to have your order processed and delivered within 5 working days. During peak times this may be slightly longer.

Pricing
All prices exclude VAT, and include postage and packing unless otherwise agreed.

Confirmation of order
You will be sent a digital email receipt to confirm that your credit or debit card payment has been taken, and that your order is being processed.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department below as soon as possible.

Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your product once you have received it, please contact us using the detail below. Should you received an order that is damaged we can refund the amount in full to your credit or debit card, or arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
